Upholstered Back Entry

The first class that I took was in upholstery and I soon realized that sofas were too big for me to move around. I moved on to window treatments, slipcovers, pillows and bedding. The lessons that I learned in upholstery have served me well throughout my career.
This back entry was plain and uninviting until the carpenter finished. Then it was my turn. After a bit of planning and cushion fabrication, I arrived with my air compressor and materials in tow. It was performance art and great fun to transfer this back entry into something cozy, inviting and functional.
